Even though this business is not one people want to have any dealings with, I was more than pleased with Greg & Felecia Padgett and their staff at Pinecrest Funeral & Cremation Service. They are hands down the BEST to help you handle the loss of a loved one. From the first encounter with Felecia she was nothing but helpful, caring and most of all… HONEST! I was able to get in contact with her 24/7 with no issue, to include her RESPONDING to several 2-3 am texts. I absolutely love Steven. He arranged my mother's funeral years ago at another establishment and I was so pleased to be able to seek him out here.
