We are a motor-inn style motel, so all rooms have exterior parking and room entrances, reducing possible exposure. We have a large, private courtyard that allows for social distancing accessible from each guest room. We have added additional cleaning and sanitizing rotations, in accordance with CDC recommendations.

We do not rent to anyone under 21 years of age unless Military ID provided for 18-21 years old. If an expected guest with a confirmed reservation fails to show up without cancelling by 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, the credit card will be charged the full amount of 1 night plus tax. Pets are restricted to pet rooms only.

One of the great things about our Burlington, WA location is the hotel's access to North Cascades National Park. Skagit Valley, Washington is beautifully situated between Seattle WA to the south, Vancouver BC to the north, the San Juan Islands to the west, and the North Cascade National Park to the east.
