Cardinal Swim & Tennis

The common membership unit is one-time $1000 fee. This is not an initiation fee, but a unit share of the club that can be sold with your home if you were to move or, when the club reaches certain milestones, may have the ability to be sold to another member on our waiting list. This also allows you to have voting rights in all major club decisions.

All members are required to be owners and have a common in the club. We are organized by a volunteer Board of Directors and member/owners have voting rights for major club decisions. We are excited to offer 2 membership types: SWIM AND TENNIS or TENNIS ONLY. Both membership types require the purchase of a common ownership unit that is a one time fee of $1,000.

I (we) acknowledge that the origination of the EFT/ACH transactions to my (our) account must comply with the provisions of United States law. This authorization is to remain in full force and effect until the Cardinal Swim and Tennis Club has received written notification from me (or either of us) of its termination in such time, and in such manner, as to afford Cardinal Swim and Tennis Club and Bank a reasonable opportunity to act on i.

Depending on membership levels, the club may have a wait list for Swim and Tennis memberships and/or Tennis only memberships. This is subject to change at the boards discretion, up to the operating agreement maximum of 325 Swim and Tennis memberships and 100 Tennis only memberships. Each membership type will have its own waitlist as necessary.

Great times & fun memories shared with neighbors during the Summer swimming, playing tennis, corn hole tournaments, and impromptu BBQ's. Come join the fun. My children have truly enjoyed the Cardinal STC and continue to make lifelong memories! With the club now being owned by the members, the future of the club is bright, and I am very excited about what the future holds.
