I just received a call from Sheldon, himself. Evidently I had completely forgotten about a pair of earrings they repaired well over a year ago! They could have disposed of them, they could have done nothing, I would be none the wiser, but Sheldon called me after all this time. That's why this jeweler has been in business for over 30 years... they are great at what they do and they care about the customer. Kudos to you and your son Sheldon and thank you!

100 stars for my 100 year old engagement ring that was repaired by Sheldon.
After leaving another well known natick/framingham jeweler in tears when they said to rip out the stones and replace with a birthstone since it’s “not worth repairing” i wasn’t sure what the future of this ring would be.
Sheldon you have blown me away with your care and skill. I will never go anywhere else, you’re amazing at what you do. Thank you so much!

I can't say enough about Russell! He is Sheldon's son and he went to school for design so he is into all of these programs to custom design rings. He worked with my fiance/husband drawing pictures and turning them into 3D images on the computer and when things were finalized turned it in to the most beautiful ring! He also advised us that the garnets I wanted around the side of the ring would not shine as bright due to the placement but he was ready with an alternative! Sheldon himself was always so kind to chat if we ended up needing to wait a few minutes for Russell to finish with another customer

Russell recently worked with a friend of mine to locate and set a replacement for her lost diamond, and was very thorough in his search and sympathetic to her situation. I was visiting the Boston area when a stone from my wedding ring fell out. Fortunately, my friends recommended Sheldon Jewelers for the repair. We had to leave, so the work was done later and mailed to me in Texas. When the ring arrived, I asked my husband to see if he could tell where the repair was made. He looked at it (he has very sharp… vision), and then asked for the loop because it was done so professionally that he couldn't tell where the repair was made without looking through a loop. I wish we had a jeweler like Sheldon Jewelers here in houston.

This shop is a hidden gem. My partner and I looked around at many different jewelers to find just the right ring design. Russell was friendly and ready to help us the minute we walked in the store. He was able to custom design my fiance her dream ring. He did so with care, respect, and very quickly. They are the nicest guys here! I've been going here for a few years for watch batteries and they are always so pleasant. Well...I bought a watch online last week and it needed to be sized. I was a little hesitant to bring it in since I bought it someplace else. Most jewelers I think would give you major attitude about that. He was so unbelievably sweet about it, AND he sized it for me free of charge! They truly understand the long game of keeping customers happy and word of mouth. Russell is the best around! We went to him with an old family diamond and wanted it set into something custom and unique to match the history of the stone. Nicest people I have ever dealt with. Had a clasp on a chain broken last night and really needed it to be fixed right away. Did my research online and found Sheldon's jewelry store. So glad I did! They were very busy and said I could have the chain back in 2 days, but I didn't want to wait and begged to have it fixed on the spot.
