Sullivan Propeller Specialists began operations in 1994 when we purchased the equipment of Alaska Propeller Specialists. We have since grown into an 8,000 square foot operation in Hayward, California. We have a full time staff of propeller specialists who undergo recurrent annual training for all models of McCauley, Hartzell, and MT Propeller.
Sullivan Propeller is very involved in the aviation community. We sponsor aircraft at the Reno National Championship Air Races in Formula I, Bi-Plane and Sports Classes. Tours of our facility are available for interested groups. We have given talks to groups such as the Mount Diablo Pilots Association, the Sheriff's Air Squadron, and the Twin Commander Owners Association.

We are factory authorized to sell and service propellers from McCauley, MT Propeller, and Hartzell. We are also authorized to sell and service STC kits from these manufacturers. These kits include McCauley's "Black Mac, " Hartzell's "Top Prop, " and the various kits from MT Propeller. We also support the sales and service of many lines of propeller governors.

Sullivan offers a wide variety of aircraft propeller services, including our specialty, prop overhauls. Our shop is filled with specialized tooling and testing equipment to ensure high precision and quick turnarounds. We service propellers from all over globe and can assist you with shipping logistics.
