Services
Helical Piers
Helical piers stabilize structures by transferring weight to deeper soil layers. Ideal for challenging soil conditions, they prevent further settling and cracks. Our installations ensure long-term stability for residential and commercial buildings.
Pressure Grouting
Pressure grouting lifts sunken concrete slabs by injecting grout beneath them. This cost-effective method restores slabs to their original position, addressing voids and soil instability without full replacement.
Soil Stabilization
Soil stabilization enhances soil strength to support foundations. Using cement-based or urethane grouts, we mitigate shrink-swell properties, ensuring durable solutions for pavements and structures in unstable terrain.
Sinkhole Remediation
Sinkhole remediation addresses ground collapse risks by filling voids and reinforcing soil. Our methods restore land usability for residential and commercial properties, preventing future subsidence in Alabama's limestone-prone areas.
Epoxy Injection
Epoxy injection seals foundation cracks under pressure, restoring concrete strength. This technique bonds laminated or cracked surfaces, preventing water ingress and structural degradation in walls and machine bases.

I had water in my basement during a heavy rain. One waterproofing company recommended i contact William at Parrot Structural to make sure that the water proofing would solve my issue or if Parrot needed to do something more. I contacted William and set an appointment. William showed up on time and we walked my homes exterior and basement. Williams looked high and low, behind appliances. He examined the vertical and horizontal cracks in my block wall, there was no water present and the area was dry. William said that my home was in good condition for the age and type of construction there was nothing

Great company! We just purchased a new home that required urgent garage floor structural repair prior to proceeding with other work. We were referred to Parrot Structural by an engineering firm and found that the exceeded expectations with all of their work. They provided an estimate within two days and scheduled repairs the following week. The crew was professional and they made certain to leave the space immaculate. The final cost was less than their original estimate which is unheard of today.

This was a very extensive project that I spent months researching, hired an engineer for his professional guidance, and accepted bids from four companies. Two of the other companies were cheaper but proposed to use synthetic foam materials, which don't have a long enough track record for my comfort. Once the job started, the crews worked with great diligence, and despite the numerous difficulties they encountered, I never heard a single complaint. Total work time was 14 days over a three-week period that include Independence Day. Total cost was about $40k
