Missed one procedure had to call to reschedule said I had to come back up there so we could do that reschedule cuz of my insurance had an appointment at 4:15 nurse didn't come in till 5:10 talked for 5 minutes and that they're not going to write my pain medicine they was going to wing me off them and I said well I thought this is what this appointment was for to reschedule to get procedure done this place is a joke

Got ther 15 min eary to check in spent 2 hrs just to pee test, talk to an associate for 3 min

You forced to sign a contract and if you want to be tortured this is the place for you. If you miss an appointment and run out of medicine too bad. If you have to do telemedicine visit and they can't get it to work too bad. And if you disagree with their treatment plan they threaten you with dropping from their program.

They always treat me with the up most respect. The providers at Elite pain management save my life. The have understood what I have been through with my chronic pain and the medicines you have to take. The have provided a very safe and effective way to deal with my chronic conditions. They are absolutely wonderful at this practice. They have taken care of me for more than a year now. They have took extra care of me since Ive been pregnant this whole time. Nurse Practitioners Seth Jenks & Amanda Trevino and especially Dr Stranckmeyer are all amazing! Very patient and thorough. Ive been 100% satisfied for more than a year now with them
