His attention to detail shows his expertise to ensure you’re getting an honest inspection during a stressful process. He was quick to respond to any questions and returned our inspection the very next day. Included in his report were TONS of pictures covering the entire house. I am purchasing a home and needed to get it inspected. It’s been twenty years since I went through this process and didn’t want to move forward with out some recommendations from people I know. James came highly recommended and did a very thorough inspection of the home. As it’s an older home, you really need to get a good idea of what to expect and James was very good at assessing virtually everything. In my particular case nothing major was identified but there are a good number of minor issues that need to be addressed. James kind of prioritized the issues from needs to be looked at sooner

Very professional and courteous. When I called to get an estimate, James was able to give me a full walk-through of what was expected, answered all my questions, gave me a price and set up an appointment. Couldn't have been easier.
On the day of our inspection, we had an ice storm in Houston but James still made it out and was able to complete the inspection (which was nice, as he was able to see how the roof and other parts of the house did while under bad weather conditions).
