Chrissy, stayed in touch with me with me after I approved my estimate, with picking out shingles, which was not in stock, we had to wait a few months but well worth the wait, Chrissy has outstanding customer service skills!

Unfortunately working with Your Exterior Pros has really ended up being a nightmare. The entire job was poorly managed with no oversight on the quality of work. After a 3 month process, weve been forced to hire a new contractor to complete the work following numerous conversations about the timeline, quality of work, and eventually no show crews. We originally contacted them to get a quote for a number of issues stemming from a tropical storm. The estimate was received and approved in July. Following that there was a lengthy process for historical approval (not the fault of the company). The
