Southwest Docking & Handling was founded in 1982 by Paul and Mary Jo Pantaleo. The company was then purchased 14 years later, in 1996, by the current owners Jim Nowicki and Andy Berger. The current management team of the owners Jim and Andy, and Service Manager Tom Becker have over 100 years of combined experience in the material handling industry.
