I have made this park my home. I can't think of anything but nice things to say. Management and staff are second to none. The park is spotless. Ron will help you with any and all things. Donna is an anchor in the office. It's centrally located in Cruces and it's easy on and off I-10. There are lovely neighbors, clean facilities and pickle ball. How can ya go wrong?

Big spaces quite and lots of friendly people. Nice pickle ball courts and very clean laundry room. The dumpster was the only thing that made me laugh. I'm 4'11" I couldn't reach the top of the dumpster to throw out our trash. Thank God my husband is 6'1" so I got him to throw it away and he could barely reach it. Lol we would definitely go back.

Nice and clean RV Park. We stayed in Dec, 2021 in a 30' RV. Bathhouse is kept very clean. The site was very level which is nice. There is a lot of noise during the night. Garbage collection somewhere is very loud and occurred each night. Trains coming through town nightly blowing loud whistles which we heard at other parks. Street noise too. Easy access over to Organ mountains for some nice hiking. We would stay here again.
