Patrick (Paddy) and Donna Carroll moved their family to Quitman, TX to open their auto shop and raise their 2 boys. Paddy's Autoworks opened doors in January of 1998. We've been friends with Pat and Donna for a long time. My wife even worked for them for a while. Pat is, hands down, the best mechanic I've ever seen. He will always shoot you straight, doesn't try to sell you more on repairs than you need, and explains things in a way you can understand what's wrong and what needs to be done to fix it.
