The Hudgels have a tradition of coming alongside families in their time of need. For over 50 years and three generations we have treated families the way we would want to be treated. Richard Hudgel, our grandfather, founded our first Hudgel family funeral home in Iowa in the 1930's. It was during the Depression, and the family furniture business was housed in the same building to make ends meet.
