I (college student) have been living here with my friend for a few months now and I have to say that this apartment has exceeded my expectations. All the employees here are very welcoming and top tier at what they do. I want to give a special shoutout to Liz who gave us a tour in the beginning and has helped us with answering countless amounts of questions! In addition, I am very impressed with the maintenance crew because they are always quick and efficient. I wouldn't change anything about this place. I had the pleasure of touring with Aurelia last week, she was so incredibly helpful, honest, and considerate. I toured several other locations in the area, with better prices, but elected for this property because of location, resident services and great views. I signed my lease within a couple of days. If you get a chance to tour this location, highly recommend going with Aurelia.

People here are so lovely! I’ve been living here for almost a year and am willing to extend my rent! I was on my trip, and something happened to my cat. I knew it was too personal to ask, but I didn't have any choice, so I asked management for a very private and urgent request, and they kindly helped me! I’m still so grateful for that. If there weren’t the paseo management team, my cat would’ve been starving for a week. Thank you so much!

I love living at Terraces at Paseo Colorado. Having been here for several months now, and having moved in during the peak of a pandemic, I can say I have never felt safer and more taken cared of than I have here. From day one, the maintenance and staff have been nothing but friendly and caring. It’s great encountering an employee around the building since they always welcome you with a warm hello. The management staff has also made this troubling time feel so much safer by being on top of cleanings and precautions. There are signs around reminding people of safe ways to live during a pandemic
