The recipient of the John and Janet Carson Award for Public Health Policy in 2012, Dr. DiResta has again been elected chair of the APHA Podiatric Health Section for 2014 to lead podiatry in the national public health arena. A graduate of The Dartmouth Institute, Dr. DiResta holds an MPH degree from Dartmouth Medical School and serves as the mentor for the APMA Podiatric Public Health Fellow at Dartmouth.
