Wedding Venue Rental
Our 2,600-square-foot white barn and scenic grounds host weddings of 50-150 guests. The 15-hour rental includes indoor/outdoor ceremony options, reception space, and access to premium amenities. The venue features multiple photo locations like our pond with fountain, waterfall, and glass house. Couples receive table linens in eight colors, gold/silver chargers, and decorative elements to customize their event.
Outdoor Ceremony Spaces
Exchange vows under willow trees overlooking our pond or at our gazebo. The property features two dedicated outdoor ceremony locations with fountain views and natural backdrops. Each space includes white chairs for guests and is illuminated for evening events. The grounds also feature a swing, glass house, and waterfall for post-ceremony photography.
Bridal Suite Access
The dedicated brides room provides a spacious, well-lit area for hair and makeup preparation. The grooms garage includes recreational amenities like a pool table and shuffleboard. Both spaces offer comfortable seating and excellent photo opportunities with rustic and modern decor elements.
Open-Vendor Catering
Our open-vendor policy allows couples to choose any catering option. The venue includes a prep kitchen with stainless steel countertops, a 3-bin sink, and fridge/freezer. Couples may bring their own food, hire caterers, or arrange food trucks without additional fees or restrictions.

What wedding package options do you offer?
We offer four pricing tiers: $2,500 for Monday-Wednesday, $3,000 for Thursday, $4,500 for Friday/Sunday, and $5,000 for Saturday rentals. All include 15-hour access.
What is included in the rental fee?
Rentals include tables, chairs, table linens in multiple colors, gold/silver chargers, decor items, prep kitchen access, and both indoor/outdoor ceremony spaces.
Can we use our own vendors?
Yes, we have an open-vendor policy allowing you to choose your preferred caterers, decorators, and other service providers.
What is your guest capacity?
Our venue comfortably accommodates 50-150 guests with flexible seating arrangements in our 2,600 sq ft barn and outdoor spaces.
