I have struggled with giving a review because they do not deserve a 1 star review. We looked forever for a home and was pleased with the owner during the process. We had a few questions regarding the work on several items. We were told a contractor would be out after the house was set and the kitchen sink and counter would be completely replaced. This did NOT happen. Finally after I made the first payment I emailed the owner and asked if she knew when the work (repairs) would be completed. Her reply was I was told it was. I let her know it wasnt and what was done most needed to be redone. I asked

Rude. Entitled. Difficult to work with. Super nice until you want to explore your options! She apparently had my wifes review taken down because she didnt want people knowing how she really talks to customers. Still waiting on a refund that she refuses to process and we unfortunately do not have a way to pick up the check. Id like an explanation as to why it cannot be refunded to our debit card?
Also, keep removing the reviews. We can keep making them!

Im very easy to work with when the company is kind and works with their customers. I havent harassed you, Ive sent one email a day requesting my money be returned. Go ahead and contact an attorney, you have MY money. Let me know how it works out. As a consumer I have every right to express my dissatisfaction with a service. Freedom of speech also applies here. Ive not said any false information nor have I committed slander. Also wanted to add, you have quite a few bad reviews and it never seems to be your fault. Always the customer and never you?

Messed our order up multiple times, each time our estimate was increased $600-800. Owner not willing to compensate the difference and accused us of wanting free services. If I'm paying $8k for a product I expect the order to be correct. Our family trusted them with our business and now we're literally paying for it. Stay away, very rude owner, very poor customer service when there are plenty of other options. Didn't even apologize or own up to their mistake, just kept trying to place blame elsewhere. Christi had a defensive tone from the second she was on the phone and hung up on me. Everyone else

Bought a mobile home from them sight unseen a few months ago. It's basically falling apart. Not good quality. I trusted them to tell the truth. Never will do that again. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Very-very bad customer service Stephanie the Sales Rep at Crazy Redds would not let me set a appointment without having the money up front!! Even though, I got approved for a loan online. Never got to see the home in person. I talked to the owner as well and explained what happen and she agreed with her sales rep. Very bad business model!!
