Centrally located in Conroe, Texas, the County seat of Montgomery County, we are convenient to our patients who travel from Spring to Huntsville, Cleveland to Magnolia.
Dr. Fullerton is a progresssive and experienced board certified orthodontist who keeps informed on current developments and the newest, proven techniques in Orthodontics. My name is Mary - I have been Dr. Fullerton's treatment coordinator since 2009, although I have been in dentistry for 29 years. I am so blessed to be a part of helping our patients to make the decision to journey toward a beautiful smile. I live by the lake and enjoy outdoor activities. I have a grown son and three awesome grandchildren.

We are conveniently located in Conroe, Texas. Our office is directly behind Primrose School off of Longmire Road, and across from Elite Salon. From the initial phone call I was very heartened. The Staff were ultra pleasant and sincere. You could feel that the office was a place where the employees felt at home and comfortable which in turn means they treat the patients like family.

Today's digital radiographs provide a much clearer view of the jaws and surrounding structures at a fraction of the radiation exposure used by conventional X-Rays. Dr. Fullerton has been extensively trained in cephalometry and uses a state of the art tracing program to evaluates all patients.
This analysis allows Dr. Fullerton to evaluate growth, skeletal positions of the jaws, and positions of the teeth to determine the most predicable treatment outcomes.Dr. Fullerton uses the latest 3D imaging of study models available. The traditional plaster models have now been replaced with these new digital models.
