From Monroe (or east of Monroe): Take I-20 east to the Well Rd. exit. Merge into the right lane off the exit ramp and continue to the light to turn onto Cypress St. (80). Go to the next set of lights, you will see a neighborhood Walmart on the right and a Smoker's Paradise on the left, make the left onto Wallace Rd. at those lights.
