I needed to swap out lenses in sunglasses (prescription for non-prescription). The team was so responsive on email and the in-store team (Jill) was so helpful and pleasant, and didnt charge me! Highly recommend. I will definitely be back. Great service!

The staff here is superior to any optician I have ever dealt with. Very professional and so friendly, they made me feel like family from the minute I walked in. I had a previous prescription from another Morris county optician and it was as if my eyes got worse when I used the glasses from them. It was totally messed up!
Jc Reiss and their staff got it right to say an understatement... I can see again!!! Such a pleasure, I love my glasses and they have great prices too. I couldn't believe I went anywhere else before, but never again! I highly recommend them, and I'll be bringing my kids here

I just got home after picking up my new glasses and I cannot stop looking in the mirror. I love my new frames! I had the most wonderful experience picking them out.
