Committed to ensuring that our mental health workforce is equipped with the most current skills and knowledge to meet the needs of our county's citizens.

As the local chapter of Mental Health America and of the Mental Health Association of New York State, it is our mission to drive evidence-based practices, information, education, and resources to the residents of Suffolk County.

We believe mental health is as important as physical health, and it is our goal to ensure that all of our local needs and voices are heard and recognized by government leaders, the business community, advocacy groups, and educational organizations in our region.
What We Do

Suffolk County is home to more Veterans than any of the state's 62 counties. That means we have a special responsibility to help ensure that those who have served our country receive appropriate support when it comes to securing decent affordable housing, training and employment opportunities, mental health assistance, and other necessary services.

Achieve Beyond specializes in English and bilingual evaluations and therapeutic educational services for children birth to 21 years old. Supported housing for hispanic and multi-cultural individuals.
