Run as fast as you can to Joe Machens in Columbia. They are fair and charge MSRP. Not $5000 over like this place. Never pay over MSRP.

The price they advertise at is just to pull you in. Once you show interest they add a mark up of a few thousand. Dishonest advertising and slow response on the communication. I can't recommend doing business with these people.

I bought my car at Jefferson City Hyundai, from JJ Waterman who has treated me very well on my last 2 car purchases. He told me that the service department was top notch and I would be happy with their work. I haven't had any issues with my car but it has required maintenance. They worked with me to get an appointment for my car when they were unusually busy. They have treated me very respectfully and I don't hate going there like many other dealers service departments. I would have my friends go there for service just because they are courteous and respectful. I am a fan.

Best in Missouri! Amazing people. Worked well with me under specific circumstances. I walked away with a brand new 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL plus right off the show room floor. I am one happy customer and will recommend them over and over again. Every person I talked to was upfront and honest with me from the get go.

Every call was returned expeditiously and with information. Sean, my salesman was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and gracious throughout the entire process.
