The game needs referees. Referees are there to make sure it is fair, fun, and safe. You are doing a service to the community and to the players, coaches, and fans as well as learning more about the game you love! Life is full of challenges and being a referee is a perfect way to learn how to meet them head-on and know that you can handle them.

This is considered the most stressful time in a soccer families' life. Coaches watching players (usually they don't know) for 90 minutes and then deciding their future for the next year. Sounds crazy, doesn't it? We think so too. Sit tight, you are good to go! Dan James (Director of Coaching) and your coach have probably already been chatting with you.
Fall Future Stars 4 – 7 yrs

The Future Stars program is specifically designed to meet the demands of a young soccer player. Each child will be placed on a team consisting of approximately 12 players. Ideally, there will be at least 2 or 3 coaches per group, making the ratio roughly 1 coach for every 4 players. Teams of 5-6 are formed within each group, with each team receiving a uniform.

Elk Grove Soccer's competitive program is composed of advanced teams and players who want to devote more time to soccer. Our program is divided up into four different levels - Platinum, Elite, Premier Plus, and Premier. The league is divided in to divisions known as National Premier League (NPL), Norcal Premier League, Cal North Competitive Soccer League (CCSL), and then placed in to levels of Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
