Burnetti, P.A. was established in June of 1994 by Doug Burnetti. The firm began in a two-room office in central Florida with one secretary. Today, Burnetti, P.A. has multiple staffed offices as well as many satellite offices. With several attorneys and nearly 100 employees, the firm continues to grow while serving individual clients.

Our client was driving on S.R. 33 in Lakeland and was killed by a driver under the influence of an illegal substance. The mother and Personal Representative of the Estate of Our Client brought a civil action against the defendant. The plaintiff contended that the defendant was under the influence of methamphetamine when he crossed the centerline and collided head-on with our client, causing his death.
