Jim Hinrichs has been in the cleaning business for fifty-two years. Twenty two years in the janitorial and carpet cleaning business and twenty eight in the Pressure washing business. Jim runs the office and loves to discuss questions about different cleaning options that we have to offer. My husband and I live in Washington state but own a home in Columbia that we rent. Unexpectedly a tenant left our home and after inspection, there were many repairs that needed to be done. We had hardwood floor damage, damaged carpet that needed to be replaced, the carpets needed to be cleaned and protected, repairs to the drywall and painting, and some minor adjustments to plumbing.
