The store's pretty great if you're on a budget. They definitely have a lot of deals, and if you're into baking they have a pretty large selection of different flowers and baking ingredients. They make subs in the back. Just make sure to check the expiration dates because if you buy something you might have to use it fairly soon. But all in all when I get the chance that I'm in the area I definitely shop here.

Fantastic selection of grocery and household products. Great prices and most items. Some off brands as well as name brand products. Pay attention to expiration dates. Sone items are out of date. Don't let this discourage buying. On a recent trip, I purchased several expired items with confidence and they tasted just fine. Super friendly staff and very clean and organized store. Great deli department.

The store is busy for good reason. There are a lot of things to get. I was just passing through in search of soda pop and candy. Huge selection of candy. I was amazed.
Great store with lots of goodies. Has an in-house sandwich shop as well as an ice-cream parlor near the entrance. I recommend trying their peach cobbler ice cream and hot, fresh cinnamon rolls.

Fantastic store near Dover that I try to stop at each time I'm up to visit my mother. Prices are fantastic! Like others have mentioned, you just need to look for dates on items before buying. I usually bring a cooler to transport perishable items back to North Carolina. Love the unique Amish items that can be found here. Nice deli selection! If you're looking for spices, they have a huge variety all at great prices. I also enjoy looking at their side shop, especially around Christmas time! My daughter loves picking up a small cup of ice cream for a dollar near the entrance!

We went to the Byler's in Dover and thought we would check this one out as well. It's a little bit smaller than the Dover location and it doesn't have all of the Home Furnishings but it's still a cute little store. We appreciate all the bulk goods and the smaller quantities as well. Well-stocked great customer service and clean.

Bargains galore! Lots of interesting things to shop for here. They have many items in bulk, a lot of local offerings, some discontinued or out of season items, and a very impressive selection of candies, baking goods, and spices.
The sandwiches are PACKED, and the classic Italian sub was terrifically filling and flavorful.
We ordered some meats from the deli, too. Looking forward to trying the sausage and super thick cut bacon!
Definitely shopping here again next time we're in town.

Always finding good deals here. Watch the dates tho. I never leave empty handed that's for sure. I actually feel guilty if I don't buy something. I feel like I'm leaving money on the floor. Their candy selection is amazing. Im weird about fresh foods but the packaged stuff I'm all about!

I am in DE for a 4-day horse training clinic. I stopped in here during the lunch break to grab some snacks.
Pros:
I thought the bulk foods methods were REALLY awesome! I wish e had something like that in Boston.
Cons:
There were no humanely raised meats (grass-fed, pasture-raised, etc.), but I'm finding that true with all grocery stores I go to here.
The cashier was obscenely rude. I said "Hi, how are you?" with a smile on my face. In response, she looked at me and shook her head, then proceeded to get annoyed with me for asking for one of the bags of candy to be left out. I
