I wanted to take a moment to let you know that Joshua Bramlett was an exemplary representative for your company today. He arrived on time, was extremely courteous and provided helpful information regarding future system replacement opportunities. I would be glad to have him return and do any necessary work on our system.

Called this morning and requested A/C service, ours was not cooling.
Tom's called right back as soon as they opened and scheduled me for between 10-12 same day. Tyler (technician) was on site at exactly 10 and explained what he was going to do. Repairs were completed in 30 minutes and A/C works great. Definitely recommend these folks and will be my first call in the future.
