We called after hours when my neighbor was trapped on her second floor deck because the slider bar fell into the track when she shut the door. You guys answered the phone and were here quick. Matt was a professional and got her front door open so we could let my neighbor back in. Actually I was on hold with the answering service for your competition when you arrived. Great job! Thanks

Life savers! I forgot about an automatic deadbolt setup and managed to lock myself outside with no shoes and only light jacket at damn near midnight. The guy said "about a half hour" and got there in 27 minutes. Better yet he was super cool about the situation and managed to get me back in he house without busting the lock in less than 10 minutes after arriving. I would have never heard the end of it from my step mom if I had to replace that stupid deadbolt. So thank you for being such an awesome team of professionals that can do a job so comprehensively. I hope I never have to call a locksmith

Thank goodness I found Center for Security! Locked myself out of the house and called another so-called "emergency locksmith;" their tech never called within the "guaranteed" time & they "had no record of the work order"when I called them back. Chris from CFS arrived within 30 minutes as promised, opened the door quickly, and made me some extra keys that actually work. I'll be using them for any lock/key work in future, and would recommend them to anyone who asks.
