Boat Charters

Do I need certification for scuba diving?
Certification is required for most trips, except for Discover Scuba Divers experiencing diving for the first time under instructor supervision.
Are snorkeling trips available for non-divers?
Yes, our boats accommodate both divers and snorkelers. Specific trips marked 'Snorkelers Welcome' feature shallower sites suitable for snorkeling.
Can I rent dive equipment without certification?
Certification is required for tank rentals, but we offer mask, snorkel, and wetsuit rentals to non-certified guests for surface activities.
What happens if weather cancels a dive trip?
We monitor conditions closely and notify guests in advance if trips are canceled. Options include rescheduling or full refunds processed within 7-10 business days.
Do you offer Spanish-language diving instruction?
Yes, we provide Open Water Diver classes in Spanish with bilingual instructors available for private lessons in multiple languages.
How long does certification last after completing a course?
Digital temporary cards are issued immediately upon course completion. Permanent PADI plastic cards arrive by mail within 1-2 weeks.

Great dive shop close to Miami, a must do stop if you're in the area. Entire crew were super friendly and professional ensuring the dives went smoothly and we saw as much as possible. All the gear was in excellent shape. Will definitely be diving with them again on future trips.

Hot Showers! And a great day of diving. We did 4 dives and the crew (Alana/Capt Mo) were awesome. The dives were great, lots of coral and sea life. Bring a dive light if you have one to look for crustaceans and eels!

Great time diving with them. Easy to schedule online, very professional upon arrival. Nice equipment, definitely maintained and they take pride in what they are doing. When you dive and watch different groups on their boats you can tell so much about them on the set up on the way to the first dive. How they prep everyone, mingle and prep the dive. From the moment I walked in the shop until departure after a couple of great dives top notch and highly recommend.

Solo diver Christmas week. Wanted to get in some diving and arranged to have a shop buddy. Everything about my experience with Divers Paradise was top notch. I emailed in advance to ask about the possibility of being assigned a buddy. Easily booked my dives online. Our dive departure time shifted an hour and they made sure to both email and call to ensure I got the message. Location is easy to get to from Miami Beach. Check in very organized. Pre dive safety meeting professional. Boat is nice and well staffed. Elana, my guide, was great and very helpful getting me acclimated to some new equipment

This was a great diving experience! I rented all of my equipment (but I brought my own dive computer and my own camera), and that went very smoothly. They help you with big and small details, and they got us in and out of the water safely, while showing us a good time. The crew were entertaining and knowledgeable. They did a great job at handling people with different language abilities.

Great staff, great atmosphere, all around excellent. We took our open water certification classes here and could not of asked for a better experience. Our instructor, Alvaro, was amazing. All staff in the shop was top notch and the boat crews could not have done a better job. The best part about it was everyone was really cool and down to earth and helped me and my girlfriend through the entire process.
