It took several months from the time I called until the guys came to install a small gutter job. I actually had given up and decided they didn't want the job after all (even though they had been out and given a quote fairly quickly). Then suddenly one day they called and informed me they were coming out the following day! I was out of the state, but they came anyway and did a marvelous job! Definitely would have been 5 stars if I had not had to wait 3-4 months.
