I'm a firm believer in value-pricing, not time-based pricing. I don't like working with a feeling like I have a taxi-meter running and I don't think my clients do either. What if we do something really transformative in a few minutes? What matters is how valuable a meeting is. Plus, keeping timesheets is an additional piece of admin I can do without.
