They keep making people wear masks when it's not mandatory anywhere else they are going to loose customers. I can go even to Wall-Mart right now and not be hassled to wear my mask. So why should I keep going back there? You make make people wear masks when it is not mandatory. Not cool.

Very friendly staff. Just sad they closed Main st store because it's very inconvenient to go to Lagonda store and waste of gas for me and i know it's a long walk for a lot of people in the neighborhood. Plus they closed Main st and it makes it hard to find parking at Lagonda a lot of times.

I enjoy going to Whitacre's. They are one of the last family owed and locally operated pharmacies in Springfield. I think that when it comes to customer service they do a good job. I will however say that the buildings inside and out need updating, but other than that they are great.

This place is great. So what if every time you go in there someone smells like cat pee. You can buy candy grab bags!!! Come on, nobody has candy grab bags!!!

Their guessing on the prices is stupid I went in there back to back days got the same three items and it was a different price. I will never go back to there shady store and employees
