As a native of Spain, Chef Dana started cooking Paella as she was growing up, but she really didn't see the art or passion in cooking it for others until she came to FL in the early 2000's. She's been cooking Paella for 6-7 years as a personal chef in South Florida ever since. The business started when Dana and her late husband moved to Florida from Ibiza, Spain.
They brought a pan and a burner and began cooking for neighbors and friends for fun. Word spread and sooner than later it turned into a business of its own! Her husband passed before he ever saw it grow and today, 16 years later, she runs the family business as a legacy he left behind. Please note that all parties hosted further than a 30 mi. radius from Pompano Beach will be charged an additional mileage fee. You host the party - we'll cook for your guests! Birthday and anniversary parties are some of our favorite catering events to do; we've catered for birthdays celebrating ages 1 to 90 and have cooked for big anniversary celebrations all over Southern Florida.
