Camp Kitty

When her cat, Birdie, was diagnosed with a urinary tract infection a few days before Gwen was to go on vacation, she had to think fast. Birdie needed medication, so she stayed at her vet's office. When Gwen returned to pick up Birdie, the staff raved about how wonderful she was (um, yeah, she's awesome).

Gwen jokingly calls herself the Jane Goodall of cats. Although she didn't have a cat of her own until her late 20's, she has learned a lot through reading, observation and firsthand experience. Her love of cats began soon after she adopted her third dog. As a compromise, she promised her husband that three was enough, so no more dogs.

Camp Kitty is the only boarding kennel in the Atlanta metro area that is strictly for cats. No dogs allowed! Camp Kitty is a place where cats can play or relax in a fun, stress-free environment. Our custom-built cabins are big enough for the most playful of cats to jump around, yet intimate enough for the most introverted cats to relax comfortably.

Be prepared to spend 10 minutes checking in your cat(s). You will have to fill out the New Client Registration Form, review and sign the Contract, as well as present your cat's current proof-of-vaccinations. We will also discuss your cat's feeding schedule, personality and any other current issues.
