So bad!!! Never will I forget paying $100 because Dr. Buhac said my insurance wouldnt cover a skin issue because it was cosmetic, when another dermatologist got it covered, agreed that it was NOT cosmetic, and also got me out of the pain that I was in!!

Extremely unprofessional and rude front desk staff. The facials use to be great when Erin was there. Now they arent worth your time nor the money. It should be a relaxing experience but you are rushed in and out. Its sad that they treat a loyal patient who has been coming to them for over 10 years with such disregard.

I have seen Dr. Buhac in the past and she was wonderful. Since then I have been seeing a PA and have not been Very happy. Every time I call the office I seem to get someone who sounds as though I am bothering them. I dont call very often Maybe one or two times a year. I have had several billing problems as well but never made an issue about it. I just wish when I called I could get someone pleasant. I think I will be trying a new office.
