Youth Baseball & Softball Leagues in Ridgefield, CT
Ridgefield Little League has been dedicated to youth development through baseball and softball since 1954, making us Ridgefield's oldest youth sports organization. Starting with six teams, we now serve over 500 boys and girls across 80 teams spanning T-ball to Majors and the Holland Division. Our mission prioritizes cultivating citizenship, discipline, teamwork, and physical well-being, grounded in the belief that superior character matters more than athletic prowess. Over 300 annual volunteers, including our Board of Directors, coaches, and community supporters, sustain our programs. We maintain longstanding partnerships with local sponsors like the Lions Club and Pamby Motors, some of whom have supported us for over 30 years. Our self-sufficiency relies on community generosity and events like our annual Pancake Breakfast fundraiser. Through structured programs tailored to ages 4 - 16, we balance competitive play with values-based education. Our alumni frequently credit our league with developing lifelong skills that extend beyond the diamond.
