Greg Hibbert at Dry Patrol will even make sure areas that you can't see water (like behind panel or drywall) are dry to avoid mold and mildew! If you have issues from a plumbing break or heavy rainfall, give him a call!

After experiencing a basement flood, now came the hassle of dealing with the insurance company, cleaning companies, blah blah blah. We wanted to deal with a local business and not some giant conglomerate not knowing who they would send into are home. We called Greg at Dry Patrol. He was super knowledgeable and professional. Answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. He was super busy after a rash of storms in our area but was able to dry out and sanitize our basement and items speedily. I called Dry Patrol of Akron, as I'm all about supporting local business, and Greg answered the phone right away. Right off the bat he was extremely professional and friendly. I told him I was seeing a small area of mold in my attic. Greg gave me great advise on how I could take care of the situation myself. He even recommended a roofer, as sometimes roof ventilation is the simple fix. Greg could have easily just told me he doesn't do that work and hung up. I appreciate him staying on the phone with me. Thanks Greg. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
