Yonah Book Exchange is truly everything a book store should be! You are greeted when you enter, either by one of the amazing proprietors, or the real boss of the place, Daisy. The children's area is sublime and they have a fabulous local/regional author section. We never travel without checking out the local used bookstores.
Great selection here. Local travel guides/maps too. Ellen was the perfect host, along with the lovable kitty. Just a pleasant addition to our leisurely trip. Great location for quick stop right on main road travelling north from Cleveland to Helen area. Retired from the Atlanta Police Department after 16 years, Connie enjoys reading in her hot tub when the weather is nice and loves a good cop story.
