Brought a Toro 2450 Snow Commander in for service and parts replacement which included the electric starter which had burnt out. Long and short is the machine runs like new. Personnel were good at explaining what might need or not need replacement. All in all,very pleased at how the snow blower works.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The mower I dropped off took a while longer than usual, but they explained why and ultimately did quality work at a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

After giving them my business on all my commercial and residential equipment I am going to their competition. They take too long to complete equipment repairs because they place more value on their commercial landscaping accounts. My snowblower took over a month to complete. No parts were needed to be ordered. They completed the repairs without an estimate for repairs and not contacting me first for authorization. Then I wanted it delivered and the woman who took my credit card information told me that Craig stated its normally $100 for a one way delivery and they would do it for $50. I said
