My family and I have been seeing Dr. Jerry Faist and his staff for almost 30 yrs and I am very happy with their professional care for preventative routine check ups as well as when issues arise. I have been a patient of Dr. Faist for over 25 years. He team of professionals consistently portray the highest level of service, friendliness, knowledge, results. The few times I’ve actually had emergency need they have managed to get me in immediately and resolved my emergency successfully.

I had a dental emergency after a crown (previously attached by another dentist out of state) cracked in half. Even though I was not an established patient as I'm new to the area, Dr. Faist was able to see me the day of my call. He and his staff fixed the crown in the best, quickest, and most cost-effective way possible while providing further consult for another problem tooth, despite their unforeseen computer problems that day. I could not be anymore positive about my experience and recommend his office highly.

Jerry was my dentist for many years, but I lucked out with no dental problems in life, so I'm writing a rave review on behalf of my husband, who had the opposite situation with his teeth. Not only did he receive good care over many years, but he recently had major stuff done---implants. I have been using Dr. Faist for about 25 years. Going to the dentist is not my favorite thing to do but Dr. Faist and his staff make it a pleasant experience EVERY TIME. They hold my hand and get me through every procedure both patiently and competently. In this day and age when medical care is often so impersonal, it is refreshing to know that there are still dentists and staffs that care so deeply about the patient experience. Thank you! I would like to thank Dr. Jerry, Nikki, Diane, and Micah for their remarkable customer service and professionalism after my son fell and chipped his two front teeth during gym today. I I was recommended to call Dr. Faist by a staff member at my son's school and when I called to see if I can schedule an emergency appointment I was told I can come in right away. The staff made my son feel so comfortable which I appreciate so much. The work was so remarkable that you can't tell his teeth were ever chipped. Thank you very much Dr. Jerry and staff.
