Hybrid Commercial/Residential "Live-Work" Space: MPGhomedesign just completed an extensive exterior and interior renovation of a 3,000 sq ft commercial structure that we rezoned for both office and residential living in Newburyport, MA. The building was originally located several blocks away before being moved to its current location in 1955.

Bold, Modern, International Kitchen Remodel: Our Clients wanted to completely modernize their dated honey oak kitchen and open up the space to the adjacent dining room. The goal was to create a minimalist, clean, family-friendly living space that would become the hub of the home.
MPG reconfigured the floor plan and designed a new kitchen including: White oak, oil-finished floors, new island configuration, interior finishes with white perimeter cabinets, a farm sink and white backsplash tiles all centered on a new window with views to the backyard.We also added custom black ebony stained white oak cabinets that accentuated the unique grain of the wood species.

Custom design for kitchen cabinets & concrete counter tops. For this project we utilized many green materials and building methods.
