Our Mission is to create and sustain a Patient Centered Medical Home for the families of Orange County and the surrounding care area. In doing so, we offer an authentic patient/physician partnership that provides continuous, coordinated and comprehensive care. Orange Family Physicians Medical Home will be regarded as the primary care Provider of choice in the community we serve.

Orange Family Physicians provides comprehensive health for every member of your family with services ranging from a newborn check up to management of chronic illness in the elderly and every age in between. Annual Wellness Checkups - This once yearly preventative health exam is completed with a patient who is not presenting any symptoms of an illness in order to provide the physician with a baseline for healthy behaviors.
