Parking lots flood badly when it rains, close enough to get into your cars. We contacted the manager and received no response in over 24 hrs. When we called emergency maintenance, they told us that they wouldn't fix the flooding but to call security and have them do it. Security laughed and told us that's not their job, it's emergency maintenance's job. People are stressing over their cars being flooded now & are unable to find open spots to move to.

Love our apartment been here for a month now had no problems. Took a little bit getting used to the train. I love they are pet friendly cause I have 2 dogs and, its hard to find a place anymore that excepts pets. Friendly neighbors. Glad we moved here. Love the pool its very nice also.

Location is very nice. Had high hopes, but sadly the main conplaints are.
Cars been stolen here.
Ghetto people somtimes lives nearby. And office ladies are a bit rude, ghetto,non professional. Other than that the inside of aprtments are really nice .hope my short review was helpful.

My fianc and I have been living here for almost a year now and I can honestly say I have lived somewhere that has felt more like home than this place. The maintenance team is very nice! They constantly always wave and say hello to you as there passing by. We haven't had much issues with any of the appliances or things not working except for the normal things with any place. If we ever had a problem, maintenance was there within the same day and the problem would be resolved. The staff at the front has been amazing. They are so sweet. They are always there to help the residences when they

Big place, and decent location, but its very high-priced. Good central location close to the park and shopping.
