Like in a review I read earlier, the staff is either too busy to speak to me if I have a problem or they have no clue as to what is going on there. I found out recently that they sold me a cpap machine that was used and still programmed for someone else. I never recommend Inmon to anyone.

This office needs to work on their customer service skills. I do not look forward to calling them when I need something. They are either clueless or don't care. There is also a big lack of communication with their staff. I usually always have to repeat myself with whoever answers the phone and no not take or pass along messages to the technicians or managers. I am trying to get reimbursed for a BIPAP machine I had to purchase out of pocket and it is like pulling teeth. It is very frustrating dealing with them. I have stayed with them for over 5 years in the hope that they get better. But I am losing

Customer services was great! my husband has been going here for supplies for about 8 years now and we have never had any issues. They are always helpful and have made sure that we have been taken care of. i wouldn't imagine going anywhere else :)

My husband has used Inmon Respiratory Services for a number of years. At 5:05 pm last Friday he called to request a technician to call or service his oxygen concentrator as it was making a loud alarm sound. Oh they close at 5pm on Friday. His call went straight to an answering service who contacted the technician. My husband is on oxygen 24/7 and you would think an answering service and a tech on call was available to take care of patients who are oxygen as being a life-threatening if without. I admit my husband was upset after a couple of trial system tests with the tech that did not work he said

Corpus Christi location is wonderful. Michael gave excellent easy to understand instructions on how to utilize my equipment. Got it all set up ready for me to use. Recommend them for all your Respitory medical eqipment needs.
