We offer structured developmental classes for children ages 1-17. Each class is supervised and taught by trained coaches using state of the art equipment. Classes range in time from 45 minutes to 2 hours and build the skills and character traits necessary to perform all gymnastics events whether competitively or for fun.
AGA is proud to competitively train over 150 athletes each year in our award winning Compulsory, Optional, and XCEL programs. Athletes compete in upwards of 10 local, regional, statewide and national competitions each season and consistently receive top awards in Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor, and All Around.
