In the spring of 1999, Charles Adams founded Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET) to serve federal agencies throughout the Federal Government with a focus on the Intelligence Community (i.e., CIA, DNI, NGA and NSA), Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Defense Health Agency.
