Horizontal Directional Drilling ( HDD ) - Horizontal drilling is optimal for jobs with areas that the ground above is not to be disturbed. This is a a preferred means of excavation for high visibility areas with landscaping or driveway and road way crossings. Conventional Trenching ( Vibratory Plow ) - A conduit or cable line is pulled through the ground behind the machine.

StarCom Fiber was used on one of our aerial construction project that ran from Northern NJ into Newark. They placed 432ct FOC with new strand and hardware. The project was run very smoothly from start to finish. StarCom handled all necessary permits as well as any police detail that was needed.
