Best Doctor for carpal tunnel surgery. He did both of my wrists at the same time and it only took about 30 mins for him to complete. I was only out of work about a week and a half. Went back with a lift restriction for about a month. Go see him, hes AWESOME!

I attempted to call and schedule a consult the nurse was so rude! This place is a complete joke she told me I have to be a certain weight which she couldn’t even tell me plus have insurance approval (6months) regardless of the fact that I plan to pay out of pocket and I already know insurance won’t cover the surgery I am interested in? I told her I… am not resistant to putting the time and work in if there are things I need to do to be approved but I need some specific numbers and guidelines and to be evaluated first. Why would anyone spend 6mo getting insurance approval before

I can’t speak to their plastic surgery side but I can speak for the hand surgery side. My situation was mishandled from the start, staff wouldn’t take responsibility in the roles they played a part in. I was also told I was scheduled for surgery (5 weeks out), two days prior no word from your office or surgery center. I called to check in to find out your staff never even scheduled me. This is even after Dr. Tsai said he wanted to squeeze me in due to the severity of my situation.
