Whether your child is a toddler, a preschooler, a school age girl or boy, or a teenager, we have a class that's right for you! Kids can feel successful AND challenged when they participate in our CGA programs. We offer something for everyone: Gymnastics Classes, Afterschool Care, Summer Camps, and our very own Gym & Learn Preschool Program!
Our instructors have previous teaching or competitive experience, and all of them are trained by the owners to follow the philosophy of the gym. Team coaches are Safety Certified & Safe Sport certified by USA Gymnastics, and have undergone criminal background checks, so parents can have peace of mind regarding their child's coaches.

Zoey Zapple is our Preschool Director and Lead Teacher. She has a B.S.W. in Social Work, a concentration in Early Childhood Education, and 15 years experience teaching in our Kindergym and Gym & Learn Programs.
Our amazing Gym & Learn Preschool Program is a physical and educational program that gives children ages 3-5 the opportunity to get a "jump start" on learning the important academic, physical, and social skills necessary to be prepared for kindergarten.Our program provides age appropriate learning in an active setting.

Watch Me Play
Report
Watch Me Play is $7 per baby/toddler/preschooler, and must be pre-registered and paid for, in advance. Saturdays, 9am-11am. As soon as baby can crawl, they can participate in gymnastics! Watch Me Play is our version of Baby/Toddler/Preschooler Open Gym. No instruction for Watch Me Play-pure exploration for children, and a time for parents to socialize!

Does your son like to jump, climb, roll, and flip? Then GymNinja is for him! Mixed Levels~We use the sport of gymnastics to help boys excel at all the sports they love. CGA uses all the Junior Olympic equipment and our Ninja Warrior Obstacle Course to teach boys gymnastics skills and develop physical strength and coordination.

Super Stars is a class for 4-6 year olds who show more flexibility and agility, and is by invitation only. We do both Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics in this class, and this is a chance for us to see them excel. Accelerated learning in a fun and challenging environment. The Rhythmic Gymnastics Team competes on the floor, using hand apparatus in their routines: Rope, Hoop, Ball, Clubs, & Ribbon.
AAU Team & Hot Shots AAU

The Artistic Gymnastics AAU Team competes on the Floor, Beam, Bars, and Vault. We compete in North Carolina, with the competitive season running from January through May. Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum Levels. Gymnasts practice 2 days per week. Hot Shots AAU Team is for younger girls; Bronze & Silver Levels.
