Great job! Weve used Etheridge Heating and Air several times over the past 20 years. Weve never been disappointed and this time was no exception. After the initial evaluation, they set an appointment a week out. They showed up on time and got the job done that day even though it was a bit more complicated than expected. They are a professional company and do great work. I give them my highest recommendation.

Our neighbors had recommended Ethridge when our a/c went out. Andrew came out within hours of our call and evaluated the problem. He was great - matter of fact, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He recommended a new system to replace our decades old furnace and a/c, but was willing to schedule repairs if we had wanted to sink more money into it (we had an expensive repair last summer, so we didnt want to keep going down that road). We decided to get a new, more efficient furnace and a/c. Ethridge then sent out installers Clay and Bobby, who were both very professional and personable. Maybe

The entire team from the wonderful nice ladies in the office who answered my call within seconds and getting me an appointment same day. To the technician that came out diagnosed the issue pretty quick and had it fix and air back running in no time definitely will use them in the future if needed and most definitely will recommend to EVERYONE.
